Symphony of Wimberley: Open Roles

Caregiver

Assist residents with daily activities, provide basic medical care, and ensure their well-being. Requires compassion, communication skills, and physical stamina.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Medication Tech

Duties include: resident care documentation, vital signs monitoring, and memory care support. Requires medical procedure proficiency, and excellent patient care skills.

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour*

*After a 90 day review of job performance

Cook

Prepare meals based on menus and dietary needs, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist with ordering/inventory. Culinary experience preferred.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

The Symphony Application Process

  1. Submit your application: Follow the steps to complete the online application and respond to the longer-form application questions. We encourage candidates to spend time reading our blog to get to know our company, values and products.

  1. Interviews: Once we've had a chance to review your application, a member of the Symphony of Wimberley team will be in touch to schedule a friendly Zoom chat. If we think you'd be a great fit, we'd love to invite you in for a face-to-face meeting to get to know you better.

  1. Decision: You'll receive all communication regarding your application through our [email protected] email. We carefully review each application and will let you know the outcome. If you're chosen for the position, you'll receive a formal job offer.

  1. Onboarding: To ensure a smooth transition, you'll be invited to our online onboarding platform before your official start date. This platform provides valuable information about your first days and weeks at Symphony of Wimberley. Additionally, you'll be assigned an Operations Manager who will provide hands-on guidance and support during your initial period.

Flexible Scheduling

We understand the importance of work-life balance. At Symphony of Wimberley, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs, as long as it doesn't affect the quality of care we provide our residents. Typically, shifts are no longer than 8 hours, with a maximum of 32 hours per week. For students, we're happy to provide even more flexible arrangements to fit your academic schedule.
